The desire to advance a mutual goal of educating citizens about our local natural resources and their stewardship led to the development of the Power of Partnership. This collaboration between the Tippecanoe County Park and Recreation Department and the Tippecanoe County Soil and Water Conservation District leverages the limited resources of both agencies.

This partnership also allows both county agencies to provide unique educational opportunities which increase environmental literacy and conservation of our soil, water, and land.
