The Stud Dog Silent Auction will close on Sunday, March 26th before Best of Breed judging.
- Bids start at $500.
- Bids increase at $50 increments.
- Cash, Check and Venmo accepted.
- Bids accepted in person at the Specialty March 26th and March 27th.
- Bids will also be accepted via friends at the show.

2022 Stud Auction Terms and Conditions
Winning Bidder must contact the Stud Owner and discuss this breeding. Arrangements should be planned according to both Stud Owner and Bitch Owner's schedules.
Stud Owner has the option to refuse the presented bitch. Both Stud Owner and Bitch Owner need to be in agreement. The Bitch on which Bidder uses must be an AKC/CKC approved registered Labrador Retriever that is at least 2 years old with appropriate health clearances and that is Black, Chocolate or Yellow and does not exhibit a dilute gene nor any disqualifying traits per the AKC/CKC standard. Stud service is for use on one bitch that bidder owns or co-owns; the stud service may not be sold or transferred. If there is a disagreement the Bidder will be refunded the auction price by the HLRC and the next highest Bidder will have the first option.
All Stud services are at the expense of the Bidder (shipping, equipment and any vet bills involved with shipment and breeding).
The Stud's availability expires 3/28/2023 or a date agreed by both parties.
Note: HLRC will not be held responsible for any breeding transactions. HLRC will only reimburse bid amount when instructed by the Owner of donated Stud.
